No-Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients
1½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
¾ cup protein powder
½ cup applesauce
½ cup ground flax seeds
⅓ cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup add-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, seeds, or a mix)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all ingredients.
Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Transfer the mixture to the dish and press firmly into an even layer.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
Storage
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
