No-Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups rolled oats

  • ¾ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

  • ¾ cup protein powder

  • ½ cup applesauce

  • ½ cup ground flax seeds

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ½ cup add-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, seeds, or a mix)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients.

  2. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the dish and press firmly into an even layer. 

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  6. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Storage

Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
